Gavil Group's portfolio consists of circa 200 residential flats / houses let on AST's, 100 HMO rooms let out to several organizations for staff accommodation and 170 purpose built student accommodation rooms let to an investment grade university tenant. The group also holds a number of commercial units rented as office, education or retail space. The portfolio is strategically located throughout the South of the UK and the company's intention is to continue to expand this portfolio through future development projects and investment acquisitions
