Crossways House in Epsom comprises 99 student rooms and approximately 2000 square feet of offices in a converted redundant office building in East Street Epsom. Before purchasing, the building had been empty for nearly a decade. Crossways is now recognised as providing some of the best student accommodation in Surrey. It was recently short listed in an awards ceremony as one of the best examples of the conversion of a redundant building in the South East. The state-of-the-art student accommodation is set out in 14 cluster flats. Each room is at least 12.5 square metres in size and features an en-suite shower room. Students share contemporary kitchen and lounge facilities in each flat.
