Originally constructed by Eddie Morris in the 1970s, this property was perfectly suited to a residential conversion following the introduction of permitted development rights in 2013. 

 

Local agents advised us to provide a quality and spacious product rather than try to squeeze too many units into the existing footplates. As a consequence, the clever reorganisation of the internal space allowed the creation of 20 flats. It proved so popular that 19 units were reserved on the initial launch day.
