Always on the look out for land opportunities in it’s home Borough of Reigate and Banstead, we spotted a redundant council owned care home that was being marketed at auction. Our architect suggested the site would support four executive homes allowing us to put forward a successful bid on the day of the auction. An approach to a neighbouring owner released additional land to provide a fifth house which provided the icing on the cake to a very successful return to speculative land acquisition.
